No hay nada mejor que el olor a canela, chocolate o algún otro ingrediente suculento que queda en toda la casa después de hornear galletas. Esta vez hice el intento de ser chef galletera con una pinwheels. Recuerdo que las hice una vez con mi mami y déjenme decirles que son un rollo. Saben a gloria pero dan un poco de trabajo.... Como de costumbre, mis pinches me ayudaron en todo. A poner los ingredientes en la batidora, a aplanar la masa con el rodillo y a chuparse todas las paletas con la mezcla.... Sin ellos y su ilusión por ayudar no hubiese sido posible...
El destino de las cookies? Unos paqueticos de lo mas cute que le dimos a las teachers por X-mas.

There is nothing better than the smell of cinnamon, chocolate or other tasty ingredient left in the house after baking cookies. This time I made the attempt to become a chef baking pinwheels. I remember that I once baked some with my mom and let me tell you they are a pain. They taste delicious but they sure give you tons of work .... As usual, my scullions helped me to put the ingredients in the blender, to roll the dough with a rolling pin and of course, sucking all the spoons with the left over batter.... Without them and their enthusiasm it wouldn´t have been possible ...
The destiny of the cookies? Very cute cookie bags we gave the teachers for X-mas.
